Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership by reviewing solution designs, defining technical standards, and managing technical risks. Drive delivery planning, including roadmaps, release planning, migration planning, and dependency management. Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable and efficient project delivery. Oversee quality assurance, test strategies, release readiness, and production deployments. Monitor technical debt and promote continuous improvement of software architecture and delivery processes. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. Manage project progress, budgets, risks, capacity, and delivery governance. Act as the primary technical point of contact between Product Owners, development teams, and vendors. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in software development, software delivery, or solution architecture. 5+ years in a senior technical leadership, delivery management, or solution architecture role. Strong experience with Solution Architecture , Release Management , Project Monitoring , and Quality Management . Expertise in Cloud Architecture , Microservices , and API-driven integrations . Strong understanding of DevOps , CI/CD , and software testing strategies. Hands-on experience with Jira , Confluence , GitHub , and modern collaboration tools. Experience managing complex software delivery programs in multi-vendor Agile environments . Experience with software migration and digital transformation programs. Knowledge of AI-assisted software delivery tools is an advantage. Experience with digital platforms or gaming environments is a plus. Languages Dutch or French – Native English – Active Working Knowledge Location Brussels, Belgium Onsite (No remote)
