Let's shape it together. /p h3Job Description /h3 pJoin our Data AI team. /p pYou will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions and AI use cases that support better decisions. /p pAs an AI Engineer, you will contribute to this by designing, building and industrializing AI solutions that solve concrete business problems and can be used in real operational environments. /p pYou bring traditional AI and generative AI into real-world use cases by helping our clients design, build and deploy AI solutions. You work on solutions ranging from machine learning models and NLP to LLMs, semantic search, RAG solutions and conversational AI. /p pYou train, fine-tune, improve and deploy ML and AI models. You write production-ready Python code to serve online, batch and real-time models, and you build applications and software components that make AI-driven use cases usable in practice. /p pYou work in close collaboration with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Architects and other specialists to integrate all parts of the solution. Depending on the project, you may help build new AI solutions from the ground up or support clients in operating and improving existing solutions over a medium to long-term basis. /p pWithin our Data AI team, we help each other grow and keep learning from one another. You are able to move beyond experimentation and help turn AI use cases into reliable, maintainable and production-ready solutions. /p pbYou'll have knowledge and experience of the following: /b /p ul liAt least 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps Engineer, or in a similar position /li liExperience with traditional NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI, both in experimentation phase and in production /li liExperience with vector databases for semantic search and RAG solutions in a production environment. /li liStrong software engineering background and ability to write production ready code in Python /li liExperience with experiment tracking, models monitoring, LLM and NLP evaluation techniques, and deployment strategies /li liComfortable with the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps and DevOps principles /li liExperience with at least one cloud provider and good knowledge of the data ecosystem /li liAble to coach others, give technical advice and direction, and work independently /li liMaster or PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or related field /li liProficient in English and you're also fluent in Dutch and/or French /li /ul pbWhat we can offer you /b /p pAt Sopra Steria, you'll join our Data Science AI Engineering Practice within the Data AI team: a specialized group of consultants helping clients turn AI ideas into practical, scalable and responsible solutions. /p pOur work goes beyond experimentation.
