Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to manage a portfolio of network projects. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and proactive stakeholder management within a fast-changing environment.
Manage and oversee a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects.
Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and bottlenecks.
Drive project delivery and ensure the achievement of agreed milestones.
Identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with design teams, planners, and operations to meet customer commitments.
Monitor project progress and report status to management and stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple teams.3+ years of experience in Project Management.
Experience managing Telecom Infrastructure projects, including fiber delivery, civil works, splicing, and rollout.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and customer-facing environments.
You bring risk management and escalation management expertise.
You possess a strong technical affinity for network deployment activities.
You're able to work independently and take ownership in dynamic environments.
You're proactive and solution-oriented.
You are fluent in English with preferred knowledge of Dutch.
Nice to HavesExperience within utility, infrastructure, or government-related projects.
Experience managing design and operational delivery activities.
Experience with process improvement.
Knowledge of French.
Start date: Mid-October 2026.
Duration: End of 2026 with possible extension.
Work regime: Full-time.

Location:
Mechelen.
Working model: Onsite (full-time on-site presence required).
Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
