Mobile Tech Lead / Presales Engineer
who contributes both to our presales phases and to the technical leadership of our The person is the technical referent of the project, translates client needs into a feasible, structured architecture, leads the team technically, and carries Tapptic's technical credibility in front of clients and prospects. The role requires understanding the client need, framing and defending the target architecture, contributing to reliable estimation, and supporting the teams throughout the project life cycle, while remaining client oriented and comfortable with business stakeholders. Represent Tapptic as the local technical contact with prospects and clients Present and defend the solutions, architecture and estimates prepared with Tapptic's technical team Lead technical discovery conversations and capture the real need and constraints Answer clients' technical questions and build trust as a credible technical voice Explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders Contribute to technical responses to RFPs and proposals Work hand in hand with the sales teams and Tapptic's architects Responsibilities: as Mobile Tech Lead
Define and supervise the mobile application architecture that meets the client's business needs Technically lead the dev team and ensure methodology and standards are respected Knows how to set up Sprint 0: environments, Git branch strategy, CI/CD pipelines, coding conventions, quality and security tooling, automated testing framework Challenge technical choices, verify performance and security, arbitrate between business value and technical complexity Resolve critical technical problems through to full resolution Coach more junior members of the team Participate in AI governance within Delivery (assisted code and test generation, assisted reviews, documentation) Ensuring high security standards of development and GDPR compliance Inform management about important technical risks and problems Required profile (must have)
Solid Flutter architecture experience, with at least a few applications delivered in production Solid understanding of native iOS and Android, to assess multiplatform technical impacts Hands on experience using AI assisted development tools in delivery Seniority in technology, with experience leading technical work and mentoring developers Comfortable in client facing situations, able to present and defend technical solutions Fluent French and professional English, written and spoken. Both languages are required. Strong communication and presentation skills, at ease with technical and business audiences This is not a pure mobile developer position. We are looking for a technical lead who acts as the client facing technical voice, presenting and defending solutions prepared within Tapptic's technical team.
