Platform Solution Lead

pAs a bTalent Technology and Platform Solution Lead /b, you’ll own the technology direction, architecture, delivery, and day-to-day evolution of Talent platforms. /p pYou’ll define the technical roadmap, guide solution decisions, and coordinate internal teams and external partners across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform, Integration Suite, Boomi, and GoAnywhere. You’ll make sure platform changes meet business needs, technology standards, audit requirements, and long-term operational expectations. /p h3Your missions /h3 ul liOwn the Talent technology platforms from strategy and architecture through roadmap definition, delivery, operations, and continuous evolution. /li liTranslate business needs, provider roadmaps, platform assessments, audit findings, and technology risks into clear priorities and investment proposals. /li liDefine the target architecture and required integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform, Integration Suite, Boomi, and GoAnywhere. /li liGuide integration, data flows, identity and access management, cloud services, environments, security, support models, documentation, and lifecycle management. /li liLead solution delivery from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and handover. /li liCoordinate People Services, Digital Technology teams, product owners, SAP, Flexso, IBM, and other partners while tracking decisions, risks, dependencies, governance, and vendor commitments. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul lib7+ years of experience /b in technology platform ownership, solution leadership, enterprise architecture, technology delivery, or a comparable role. /li liProven experience with complex enterprise platforms and software-as-a-service solutions. Experience in HR technology or SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory. /li liStrong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, identity and access management, data flows, cloud services, and security requirements. /li liGood knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Integration Suite. Experience with Boomi, GoAnywhere, or similar platforms is an advantage. /li liProven ability to define target architectures, integration patterns, platform roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and technical risk mitigation actions. /li liClear communicator with strong project management skills, able to coordinate internal teams, technology providers, and external partners. bEnglish is mandatory and Dutch is preferred /b. /li /ul h3What
