What the job involves Support origination efforts across Europe, including thesis development, market mapping and outreach to founders and intermediaries Lead financial and/or commercial analysis of prospective investments, guiding junior team members along the way Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for investment committee review where you will defend your views Support portfolio companies with ad hoc strategic, financial and/or operational matters Who we are looking for Previous experience in private equity Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with comfort navigating complex capital structures Genuine interest in consumer brands and the FMCG, health, and lifestyle sectors Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail Self-starter mentality, comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean team environment Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage #LI-BM1
