Program Manager – Banking Technology Transformation
Location: Belgium / Hybrid
Experience: 10–14+ years
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, time-critical technology transformation for a leading financial-services organisation.
You will coordinate several interdependent business and technology workstreams and ensure successful delivery across multiple internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrated programme delivery plan and key milestones.
- Establish programme governance and executive reporting.
- Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams.
- Manage delivery partners and senior client stakeholders.
- Own scope, budget, capacity and change management.
- Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies.
- Identify delivery challenges and lead recovery actions.
- Drive transparent escalation and decision-making.
- Coordinate release readiness, transition and handover.
- Work closely with senior Business, Technology, Risk and Operations stakeholders.
Required experience
- 10+ years’ technology programme/project leadership.
- Large-scale technology transformation experience.
- Complex multi-team and multi-partner delivery.
- Strong programme governance and RAID management.
- Budget and financial management.
- Agile delivery environments.
- Banking, payments, capital markets or broader financial-services experience strongly preferred.
- Exposure to complex data, integration, reporting or operational transformation programmes advantageous.
- Professional English.
