Headquartered in Martorell, near Barcelona, we work with leading clients in the automotive, railway, aerospace, chemical and energy sectors. /p pWe are currently looking for a bSenior Data Scientist /b to join an automotive RD project for one of our OEM clients. /p h3Your mission /h3 pYou will analyse real-world vehicle and driving data, connecting telemetry with customer surveys, personas and behavioural indicators. Your work will help transform complex engineering data into practical, explainable insights for vehicle development and customer intelligence. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse vehicle, driving and unstructured data —such as customer survey verbatims— to identify meaningful driving patterns and behaviours. /li liDevelop interpretable features and behavioural dimensions from vehicle telemetry and driving data. /li liLink real-world vehicle data with surveys, customer personas and behavioural indicators. /li liExplore, assess and quickly test relevant analytical methods through Proofs of Concept on real-world data. /li liCompare and apply statistical and machine learning approaches, including clustering, dimensionality reduction, factor analysis, correlation analysis and supervised/unsupervised models. /li liValidate models and analytical results, assessing robustness, reliability, assumptions and limitations. /li liWork closely with vehicle engineering teams to ensure findings are technically meaningful and aligned with real vehicle behaviour. /li liCommunicate insights, conclusions and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies, tools and data-driven decision‑making within the project. /li /ul h3The profile we are looking for /h3 ul liAround 4-8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics. /li liStrong Python skills for data analysis, modelling and prototyping. /li liSolid knowledge of statistics, machine learning, feature engineering and model validation. /li liAbility to work independently with complex, real-world datasets. /li liStrong communication skills and an engineering-oriented mindset. /li liProfessional level of English. /li liAvailability to relocate to Brussels and work on‑site in a multicultural and international environment. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in automotive, mobility, telemetry, IoT or industrial data. /li liExperience with customer analytics, surveys, personas, UX or behavioural data. /li liKnowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms. /li liExperience with NLP, LLMs or AI‑assisted analytics. /li /ul h3What do
