Senior Engineer, CloudOps

h3Location /h3 pGhent, Belgium, hybrid model 2 days on-site or Bucharest, Romania, hybrid model 2 days on-site /p h3About the position /h3 pWe’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our platform enablement team and help strengthen the infrastructure foundation our engineering organisation builds on. /p pOur product teams own their bAWS /b accounts, infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Rather than operating infrastructure on their behalf, our platform team provides the guardrails, reusable patterns and guidance that help them do that well. You’ll contribute hands-on work closely with other engineering teams. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and improve shared bAWS /b infrastructure, guardrails and reusable patterns across our multi-account environment. /li liSupport product teams as they build and operate their own cloud infrastructure. /li liWork with bserverless /b architecture, bKubernetes /b andb infrastructure as code /b. /li liDiagnose and resolve infrastructure and platform issues, including in production. /li liCollaborate with engineering teams to unblock work, share knowledge and improve practices. /li liParticipate in operational support, including bon-call /b andb escalation /b rotations. /li /ul h3Must haves /h3 ul liHands-on AWS experience, including serverless architecture and Kubernetes. /li liStrong infrastructure-as-code experience. AWS CDK is preferred, or a similar tool is welcome. /li liA platform engineering or enablement mindset: you help other teams build and operate effectively, rather than acting solely as a central DevOps function. /li liCoding or scripting skills and a practical approach to troubleshooting production systems. /li liClear communication and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems with support from the team. /li /ul h3Nice to haves /h3 ul liExperience in a multi-account AWS environment; experience at our scale is not required. /li liTypeScript and AWS CDK experience. /li liExperience in a SaaS environment with autonomous engineering teams. /li liComfort using AI tools to support development and infrastructure work. /li /ul h3Company Highlights /h3 pWelcome to the new era of revenue effectiveness.
