This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end business audit engagements across business functions, as well as conducting fraud investigations and whistleblower cases. /p pThe ideal candidate will combine strong audit fundamentals with investigative rigour — capable of both evaluating control environments and tracing irregularities to their root cause. Deep knowledge of financial services, cryptocurrency, or fintech is highly valued. /p h3Business Audit /h3 h3Plan and execute end-to-end risk-based audit engagements across operational, financial, and business functions /h3 h3Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control gaps, policy violations, and process inefficiencies. /h3 h3Draft high-quality audit reports that clearly communicate findings, root causes, business impact, and actionable recommendations to management and the Board. /h3 pMonitor remediation progress and drive timely closure of audit issues. /p h3Forensic Investigation /h3 h3Lead or support fraud investigations, ethics violations, and whistleblower cases — including evidence collection, interview planning, and forensic analysis of financial transactions. /h3 h3Conduct deep-dive analyses of suspicious activities, tracing transaction flows, identifying anomalous patterns, and documenting evidence for management action /h3 h3Prepare investigation reports suitable for management decision-making, disciplinary proceedings, or regulatory disclosure. /h3 pCollaborate with Legal, HR, and Compliance on sensitive investigations, maintaining strict confidentiality and chain-of-custody protocols. /p h3Collaboration Advisory /h3 h3Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and business teams to strengthen the control environment proactively. /h3 pProvide advisory input on policy design, process improvements, and anti-fraud controls. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field. /li liCPA, CIA, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), or equivalent certification preferred. /li liMinimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, forensic investigation, or compliance within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors. /li liDemonstrated experience conducting fraud investigations or forensic reviews, including evidence handling, interview techniques, and report writing. /li liStrong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and IIA auditing standards. /li liKnowledge of cryptocurrency exchange operations, blockchain, and related regulatory frameworks is a strong plus. /li liDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. /li liEffective communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex findings clearly to senior management. /li /ul pProficient in Chinese and English for business usage. /p h3Why Join Us /h3 pAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. /p pOur benefits include: /p ul liStudy Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning. /li liInternal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation. /li liGlobal Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world. /li liCareer Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company. /li liInternal Mobility: Grow with us
