Your Role
For a leading enterprise organization, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions within the Retail & Sender domain.
You will bridge the gap between business and technology, translating strategic objectives into future-proof architecture. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams, you will guide the delivery of modern digital customer channels and retail solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures
- Define architectural standards, design patterns, and governance models
- Support development teams with solution design and technical guidance
- Review technical designs to ensure scalability, performance, resilience, and security
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions
- Guide development teams throughout implementation and delivery
- Drive the adoption of modern architecture principles such as microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native solutions
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across retail and digital customer platforms
Profile
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade solutions in complex environments
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on knowledge of Java, Node.js, or modern web and mobile architectures
- Experience with systems integration and enterprise application landscapes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience within retail, logistics, or customer-facing environments
- Experience with CRM, CIAM, customer data, pricing, or promotions
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
- Experience with digital transformation or legacy modernization initiatives
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect
