Thanks to a unique mix of company assets: state-of-the-art data technologies, lean AI agile methodologies for fast delivery, and cohesive teams of the finest business consultants, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and digital experts, all dedicated to bringing extra value to every client. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pReporting directly to Chapter Leader, your role will be: /p ul liManage projects, or commercial proposal preparation process, involving the management of multidisciplinary teams, including Consultants, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Creatives, Media experts and etc ; /li liHandle clients directly on project assignments (run workshops, client meetings, formal presentations and etc) ; /li liBring the best of our expertise from the other chapters to your clients on Data Science, Activation (e.g., media buying, CRM, ...) and Creativity ; /li liImpact-driven with real sales abilities, you will have to embark our clients into a transformation of their marketing, CRM, Supply Chain departments and make sure Artefact is their preferred partner in this endeavor. /li /ul h3Among Your Responsibilities As Consulting Director, You Will /h3 ul liDevelop client portfolio (hunting) ; /li liConstantly stay on top of the Data, AI, Marketing content ; /li liSupport a commercial strategy to develop the country client portfolio through personal contacts, events, cold calls, and etc ; /li liMonitor the commercial pipeline ; /li liBuild proposals supporting the client needs ; /li liDeliver the highest standards of quality on your projects ; /li liPilot multidisciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, strategic planners, media traders);Ensure the highest level of quality of output to your clients ; /li liAccountable for the success of the projects from a client and team perspective ; /li liDevelop our Global Knowledge platform ; /li liBuild stronghold of knowledge through your clients’ engagements (frameworks, methodologies, technologies, ...) ; /li liEnsure the spread of the Consulting Department knowledge across the company at local and Global level (in coordination with the Consulting Practice) /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDemonstrated success in your first 6+ years of career at a tier 1 consulting firm and have 4+ years of experience managing projects and/or clients /li liSolid experience in data related topics, including but not limited to data transformation program, cloud infrastructure, AI machine learning /li liStrong interest and appetite in Data, Marketing Technology /li liHighly adaptable, able to cope with different topics and situations /li liFull professional proficiency in Dutch (native or equivalent) /li /ul h3Our Values /h3 ul liCollaboration: People of different background and expertise working closely together; /li liTrust Transparency: Dealing with data topics with integrity and ethics; Realistic and honest with our capabilities and limitations; /li liInnovation: Always working on the most trendy and new topics on data and digital; Always on top of the new ways of using data; /li liAction: We would rather do than to tell what to do; Has a “building the plane while flying” agile mentality /li /ul pThis position is based in Brussels, with opportunities to collaborate on projects worldwide. /p pAt Artefact Belgium, we value technical leadership, a drive to innovate, and the ability to bring out the best in others.
