Your Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the monitoring and reporting of financing transactions, working closely with finance and accounting teams to consolidate data and ensure accurate and timely reportingContribute to debt, equity and other financing projects, including market screening, due diligence, preparation of financial materials and transaction follow-upDevelop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, financing needs and different strategic scenariosContribute to budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring, helping management anticipate financial needs and optimise liquiditySupport the financial analysis of new markets and international expansion projects, including business plans and investment casesPrepare reporting and presentations for investors, financial institutions and other stakeholdersWork closely with the CFO, Head of Finance and local management on strategic and ad hoc financial projectsIdeal ProfileExperience:2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, financial advisory, strategy consulting or a similar analytical environment; experience in a high-growth company is a strong plusLanguages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plusQualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field, with strong analytical and financial modelling skillsThe offerA strategic Corporate Finance role with direct exposure to senior management and major business decisionsA competitive salary package with performance-based bonus and potential stock optionsA flexible mobility budget adapted to your needsA modern office environment in the heart of BrusselsCompany-paid lunch on a weekly basis, alongside coffee, tea and other office perksA MacBook, external monitor, iPhone and all the tools you need to perform at your bestRegular team events, lunches and company-wide activitiesContinuous learning and professional development opportunities
