We are a dynamic and innovative consulting company seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. You will play among others a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our esteemed clients. Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met •Using Business Analyst industry tools & techniques, document information needs and functional requirementsProactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholdersResearch, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutions Provide exceptional client delivery, exceed client expectationsEngage in activities dedicated to support our cultureAbility to drive data, metrics, and a structured approach to identifying clients’ problems and developing solutionsAbility to solve broad business or technology problems by using principles derived from a deep understanding of disparate and complex dataExperience with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translation of BRD to functional specifications and traceability matricesExperience presenting data-driven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problemsAbility to break down complex problems into clear and simple termsAbility to systematically consider the implications of problems and solutions in multiple domains at once, and solve problems across all domains  Qualifications5+ years of relevant business analysis experienceConsulting experience requiredMasters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience implementing moderately complex initiatives with demonstrated leadership in facilitation, planning, negotiation, and analysisClient-focused with exceptional communication skills.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
