Project Leader JP055180 For Candidates Who Wish to Apply Role Overview You are responsible for leading the project, from identifying needs to implementing the solution. You are involved from the outset, defining the current and future state of the business process. You facilitate workshops, organize and manage meetings necessary to gather information, and draft the deliverables required to define the project, adhering to the client's standards and methodology. As part of this role, you guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You structure the work of the development team and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French
Key Responsibilities
& Deliverables Organize the delivery of the product in accordance with defined requirements, quality, deadlines, and budget Draft the deliverables necessary to clarify project objectives for all stakeholders, adhering to the client's established methodology Monitor the progress of project objectives Organize the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map business processes as required by the client Take responsibility for communication within the project, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of developments and/or any problems encountered Propose solutions and explain their impact Draft the necessary documents to define the process so they can be used directly by the project team for implementation of the solution Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution agreed upon with the business Ensure that proposed solutions are integrable into the client's environment and operating methods Candidate Requirements (Knock-Out Criteria) Expert-level experience as an IT Project Manager Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies Expert-level proficiency in BPMN Expert-level experience as a Product Owner Expert-level Project Management experience Expert-level experience in requirement gathering Expert-level experience with TFS Active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French Core Competencies Communication: Organizes and leads necessary meetings or workshops with stakeholders; demonstrates active listening skills Conceptualization: Translates abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions Analyzing Information: Analyzes data in a targeted way and critically judges information Cross-Departmental Understanding: Maintains a view beyond the boundaries of various services/divisions and assesses the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization Advisory: Provides advice to stakeholders and develops a relationship of trust with them based on expertise
