Senior Full Stack Java Developer

pWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our client’s technology team and contribute to the development of modern web applications running on Azure Kubernetes Service. Depending on your expertise and the needs of the teams, you may work on customer-facing applications, shared IT services, data-driven solutions or technical initiatives that can be rolled out across multiple development teams. /p pYou’ll work in an Agile environment and combine hands-on development with technical exploration, proof-of-concepts and continuous improvement. Strong experience with Java 17 or 21 is essential, while knowledge of the Azure ecosystem is a significant advantage. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain modern web applications and supporting services in an Azure-based environment. /li liBuild scalable and maintainable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. /li liDevelop responsive front-end applications using Angular and modern web technologies. /li liDesign and consume RESTful APIs and contribute to API-first development. /li liDevelop and maintain microservices and cloud-native solutions running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). /li liContribute to shared technical solutions, development frameworks and reusable components. /li liInvestigate new technologies and technical approaches through proof-of-concepts and prototypes. /li liContribute to initiatives around AI, development tooling, testing frameworks and technical innovation. /li liWork closely with product teams and other developers to translate functional and technical requirements into robust solutions. /li liApply software engineering best practices around version control, testing, CI/CD and code quality. /li liContribute to architectural and data-related topics where required. /li /ul h3Technical Profile /h3 pYou have strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with expert-level knowledge of Java and solid experience across modern web development technologies. /p pKey expertise includes: /p ul liExpert knowledge of Java, preferably Java 17 or 21. /li liStrong experience with Spring and Spring Boot. /li liStrong Angular and HTML5 skills. /li liAdvanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. /li liExperience with microservices and cloud-native application development. /li liGood knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps. /li liExperience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker. /li liStrong understanding of Git, Maven, JUnit and Hibernate. /li liExperience with MS SQL Server and relational data environments. /li liKnowledge of Node.js, OAuth and OpenAPI. /li liFamiliarity with reactive programming and RxJS is an advantage. /li liExperience with Spring Batch is a plus. /li liKnowledge of data architecture, GIS and GIS data types is an advantage. /li liInterest or experience in AI-related technologies and their practical application in software development. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pYou are an experienced developer who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and collaborating with Agile product teams.
