Senior Manager – Finance IT Deployment, Integration Lead

- Lead deployment, integration, and adoption of strategic Finance transformation solutions across the region

- Drive end-to-end deployment activities for SAP Finance / S/4HANA and related Finance platforms

- Lead deployment planning and execution across business processes, technology, data, controls, training, and support models

- Coordinate and govern end-to-end integration activities across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and external systems

- Develop and manage deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization plans

- Partner with business leaders, process owners, deployment teams, and technology organizations

- Establish deployment governance frameworks and monitor risks, dependencies, issues, and compliance requirements

- Partner with global program teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders to deliver deployment activities on schedule and within scope

- Co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals across multiple domains and locations

Requirements

- 20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, and/or finance technology teams

- 14+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in S/4 HANA implementations

- Experience leading large-scale transformation deployments

- Experience managing complex integrations

- Experience driving organizational change

- Experience with agile ways of working

- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

- Effective manager of people and strong team-building skills
