Your journey with usFinance Business partner with internal stakeholders and Firm leadership to present various analysis, provide recommendations and provide hands-on support where required on Project and Business Line performance Manage complex business controlling cases, applying deep specialized knowledge of business controlling processes and analysis Conduct regular in-depth project controlling analysis on time, expenses, billing and project & collection risksPerform ad hoc analysis in support of the Finance Business Partnering teamCollaborate with the shared services team on administrative processes and provide guidance on specific topicsContribute to month-end and year-end financial closingContribute to annual forecast and budget process and related analysis & reportingContribute to the development and implementation of standards and processes for project management, quality management and risk management (internal controls)Prepare and facilitate training sessions on a variety of topics and methodologiesMaintain quality, integrity and consistency in all financial activitiesLet's talk about you2-4 years of experience in financial accounting and/or controllingBachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, controlling or equivalentStrong analytical skills and loves to work with dataTech-savvy and affinity with digital opportunities in finance/controlling Committed to detailed financial reporting and problem-solving abilityAble to work autonomously in a collaborative way, oa with shared services teamsWell-organized with ability to prioritizeExcellent written and interpersonal skillsFluent in EnglishWorking knowledge of MS Office (strong Excel skills); SAP is an assetPositive, can-do mindsetWho is Deloitte?We provide industry-leading audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting and related services.
