The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) exists to help our Business Areas make the most of cloud capabilities by providing direction, governance, expertise, and a platform that is secure, scalable, and easy to consume. /p pWe are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect who combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, collaborative approach. You will design sound solutions, explain the trade-offs, and help teams adopt them with confidence. /p pWorking at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and business enablement, you will shape cloud designs and ensure that promoted patterns work in practice. /p pAtlas Copco is a decentralised organisation where decisions are made close to the business. Success in this role depends on building rapport, influencing through credible arguments, and guiding Business Areas and divisions towards shared solutions. /p h3Mindset and ways of working /h3 pMindset matters as much as technical expertise because, in a decentralised organisation, successful designs are adopted through trust and influence. /p ul liA natural collaborator who builds rapport, listens well, and influences through credibility and sound reasoning. /li liTakes ownership of the whole outcome, from the design itself to the consensus that makes it real. /li liCurious, adaptable, and motivated to develop the platform, the teams around you, and your own expertise. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical choices to a business audience. /li liComfortable operating globally in complex enterprise environments with legacy and greenfield solutions, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities. /li /ul h3Experience And Knowledge /h3 ul liProven experience designing cloud solutions in a medium to large enterprise environment. /li liStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture, and service models, preferably within Microsoft Azure. /li liHands-on knowledge of landing zones, identity and access management, networking, and platform engineering. /li liFamiliarity with cloud governance, security, automation, infrastructure as code, FinOps, DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines. /li liExperience balancing business needs, technical requirements, and operational considerations. /li liExperience working with strategic partners and vendors in a collaborative and outcome-oriented way. /li liRelevant cloud certifications are an advantage, but demonstrated experience matters more. /li /ul h3In return,
