As part of our activities in the Life Sciences sector, we are looking for a PMO Coordinator to support the structuring and standardization of project management processes within a major industrial scale-up program. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency, traceability and governance across multiple project workstreams by establishing robust PMO practices and supporting their deployment throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, construction, commissioning and HSE teams to ensure that documentation processes, project controls and administrative workflows remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Maintain and further develop the project's naming convention philosophy for equipment, systems, documents and work breakdown structures (WBS), ensuring consistency across all project activities.
- Define, implement and continuously improve standardized PMO processes, procedures and governance practices.
- Design and maintain structured design review, approval and document control workflows aligned with project milestones and decision gates.
- Manage and maintain centralized PMO documentation, including document registers, version control, release management and project reporting standards.
- Support the implementation and alignment of documentation practices across engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE and other project workstreams.
- Coordinate with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of project governance standards and PMO procedures.
- Contribute to the standardization of project management activities, including requests for quotation (RFQ), KPI reporting, project dashboards and performance tracking.
- Support vendor administration activities, including purchase order follow-up and tracking within the ERP environment.
- Ensure that project information remains accurate, traceable and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or equivalent) or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO, Project Controls, Document Control or Configuration Management position within an industrial, engineering or highly regulated environment.
- Experience defining and implementing structured project management processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems, version control methodologies and release management practices.
- Experience supporting complex multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, construction and commissioning activities.
- Good understanding of project governance, reporting structures and project lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered a strong asset.
