Mobile Application Developer and Support Analyst

pThis position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Application Developer and Support Analyst based in Belgium. As a Mobile Application Developer and Support Analyst, you will design, develop, test, deploy, support, and optimize SAP-based mobile applications and extensions. You will work extensively with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK), SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), and SAP BTP Mobile Services. The role combines hands-on mobile development with technical troubleshooting and ongoing application support. You will collaborate with SAP developers, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to deliver reliable and scalable mobile solutions. Your work will span integrations, offline-first functionality, backend extensions, security, and device capabilities. This is a remote opportunity suited to a technically strong professional who can take ownership of mobile solutions throughout their lifecycle. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ulliDesign, develop, test, deploy, support, and optimize SAP-based mobile applications and extensions using SAP MDK, BAS, and SAP BTP Mobile Services. /liliCreate and maintain SAP MDK pages, rules, actions, and application functionality aligned with business requirements. /liliIntegrate mobile applications with OData services and SAP S/4HANA environments. /liliImplement and maintain offline synchronization and offline-first mobile capabilities. /liliDevelop and maintain backend extensions using technologies such as SAP CAP, Node.js, or Java. /liliConfigure SAP BTP destinations, roles, authentication mechanisms, and security policies. /liliImplement integrations with mobile device capabilities, including camera, GPS, barcode and QR scanning, and file handling. /liliSupport mobile application deployment across iOS and Android platforms. /liliTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience. /liliWork closely with SAP development teams, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technology teams throughout the application lifecycle. /liliContribute to technical documentation and communicate technical issues, solutions, and recommendations clearly. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulli3+ years of hands-on experience developing with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK). /lili3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). /lili3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Mobile Services. /liliSAP certification in one or more of SAP BTP, SAP MDK, or SAP Mobile Services. /liliStrong experience developing SAP MDK pages, rules, and actions. /liliProven experience integrating MDK applications with OData services and SAP S/4HANA. /liliExperience implementing offline synchronization and offline-first mobile functionality. /liliStrong JavaScript development skills. /liliExperience with SAP Fiori design and application development. /liliExperience deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android. /liliExperience developing backend extensions using SAP CAP, Node.js, or Java. /liliExperience working with SAP HANA Cloud and HDI containers. /liliPractical knowledge of BTP destinations, roles, authentication, and security policies. /liliExperience with OAuth and SAML. /liliExperience integrating applications with device capabilities such as cameras, GPS, barcode and QR scanners, and file handling. /liliStrong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and application support skills. /liliExcellent technical documentation and communication abilities. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively with developers, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams. /liliPost-secondary education related to Computer Technology or a comparable technical discipline. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ulliFully remote work environment. /liliContract opportunity. /liliHands-on ownership of SAP mobile application development and support. /liliOpportunity to work across SAP MDK, SAP BTP Mobile Services, BAS, SAP S/4HANA, and related technologies. /liliExposure to mobile development across both iOS and Android platforms. /liliOpportunity to collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams on enterprise technology solutions. /li /ul
