Job Description
NextLink is having an existing position as a Data automation expert in Brussels area, Belgium. General information:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months renewable
- Workload: full time (2 days on site 3 days remote)

Brussels area, Belgium Description:The Division has an important reporting need in order to optimize the control, sharing of data, budget and KPI’s. The reporting occurs today via several Excel files, dashboards & Powerpointslides for which the data is manually extracted from inhouse tools. In the coming months we would like to switch this type of manual reporting to a global automated Power BI Dashboard. The objectives are:
- Analysis & comprehension of the data flow. Understand how the existing reports are constructed.
- Copy existing reports from different dashboards and integrate it a new one.
- translate curent powerpoint reports inot powerbi reports
- Set up a new Power BI Dashboard in order to ensure efficiency and flexibility.
- Help and form a business expert to reach autonomy in the maintenance of the PBI.
- Share best practices in PBI structure and use.
- Implement an automated version of the Dashboard (automated extraction and refresh).
- Be able to communicate in a structured and clear manner to the management of the Division. Profile:
- Language: English fluent + French fluent + Dutch fluent
