Our client’s practice covers a wide range of Competition and Antitrust issues, with a focus on:Behavioural investigations and proceedings – cartels, abuse of dominance etc.
Private Enforcement/Follow-on damages claimsState Aid/Public ProcurementFDI processesCompetition/Regulatory compliance issuesThey act for multinationals across a broad range of sectors, with an emphasis on highly regulated and innovative sectors, including: Telecoms, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Energy, and Transport.
Our client is seeking to hire a senior-level practitioner with an established reputation as a trusted adviser in the field of EU Competition and Antitrust law. The firm is open to speaking with partners and teams with niche practices or a broad range of experience. The firm is particularly interested in speaking with candidates with experience in enforcement at the DG Comp, EFTA or similar national body.
Up-and-coming counsel who are developing their practice and may feel their career path is hampered in their current firm, are also encouraged to apply.
It is expected that the incoming partner can demonstrate a track-record of developing loyal and productive client relationships.
