h3Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse Administrator M/W/X /h3 pAt CGIC, we specialise in connecting experienced IT professionals with leading companies and international organisations. /p pWe are currently looking for an experienced bMicrosoft Power Platform Dataverse Administrator /b to join an IT infrastructure project within a European institution in Brussels. /p pThis position focuses on the administration, governance, security, maintenance and continuous improvement of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse environments, ensuring the reliability, performance and security of enterprise business applications and automation solutions. /p pThe ideal candidate combines strong technical administration skills with experience in Microsoft 365 governance, platform operations and enterprise security. /p pbYour Role: /b /p pAs a Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse Administrator, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liPower Platform Administration: Manage environments, security groups, tenant settings, capacity allocation and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. /li liDataverse Administration: Manage tables, permissions, security roles, business units, service accounts, backups, retention policies and storage capacity. /li liPower Automate Operations: Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot failures, manage connectors and ensure the reliability of business-critical automations. /li liCopilot Studio Administration: Manage copilots and AI agents, including publishing, authentication, knowledge sources, security and lifecycle management. /li liPlatform Governance: Implement and maintain governance frameworks, security policies and access controls across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments. /li liMonitoring Security: Monitor platform performance, usage analytics, permissions and audit logs to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. /li liIntegration Maintenance: Support integrations between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services and on-premises systems. /li liContinuous Improvement: Support platform upgrades, new feature rollouts and citizen developers while promoting governance best practices. /li /ul h3Profil /h3 pbThe Profile We Are Looking For: /b /p ul liAt least b8 years of relevant professional experience /b in Microsoft technologies, including enterprise governance and administration. /li liStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and Power Automate. /li liProven experience implementing governance frameworks across Microsoft 365 environments. /li liExperience defining and enforcing DLP policies, environment strategies and access controls. /li liSolid understanding of enterprise administration, including tenant management, environment configuration and capacity management. /li liExperience supporting and troubleshooting business-critical applications and automated workflows. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Power BI. /li liExperience integrating Microsoft cloud services with on-premises infrastructure or Azure environments. /li liAbility to work independently, troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with international teams. /li liExcellent communication skills in English. /li /ul pbKey
