ph3Position Responsibilities /h3pThe Sr. Director, EMEA+SAL Finance serves as the senior finance leader for the company’s largest geographic region, acting as the regional CFO and partner to the VP/GM of the EMEA+SAL region. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role is responsible for driving financial performance for Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, strengthening operational control and command, and building a high-performing regional finance organization capable of supporting a complex industrial business. The position will partner closely with regional leadership to translate strategy into operational execution while ensuring strong financial discipline, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with corporate financial objectives. The Sr. Director is accountable for accounting, controls, financial systems, operations finance, reporting, analysis, commercial finance, and regulatory and compliance within the region. This position drives a culture of integrity, at their core is a people and process developer and driver of accountability.
