A.). /ph3Position: Senior Manager-Corporate Services /h3h3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, coach, and develop a team of accountants from Junior to Manager level. /liliManage workforce planning, resource allocation, recruitment, and capacity needs. /liliOversee reporting deadlines and ensure efficient workload planning and delivery. /liliMonitor performance appraisals, target setting, and career development of team members. /liliPromote a positive, solution-oriented culture and ensure compliance with internal procedures. /liliManage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. /liliBuild strong client relationships, respond proactively to client needs, and support business development initiatives. /liliAct as Manager and/or Director of client entities, participate in board meetings, and oversee governance-related matters. /liliSupervise financial and operational performance, including risk management, profitability, invoicing, cash collection, client deliverables, and internal accounting training. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in accounting. /liliA professional certification (OEC, ACCA, CPA) is considered an advantage. /liliMinimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, corporate services provider, or fiduciary in Luxembourg. /liliFluent in English; French is considered a strong asset. /liliStrong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting/company laws and regulations. /liliProactive, client-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset. /liliExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. /liliRigorous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /ulh3Candidate Criteria /h3pPlease be aware that the selected candidate will be required to provide a criminal record (or certificate of good conduct). /ph3Equal Opportunities /h3pArendt promotes equal opportunities and value each employee for what they bring to the community.
