Your Role
As a Master Data Consultant, you help organizations improve the quality, consistency, and governance of their critical business data. You work closely with business and operational teams to structure, analyse, and maintain reliable master data that supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.
You play a key role in ensuring that data becomes a strategic asset across the organization.

What will you do?
- Analyse, structure, and maintain master data across multiple business domains.
- Support data quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Define and document governance rules, business definitions, and data standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Perform data mapping, data validation, and data cleansing activities.
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of master data management practices.
- Monitor data quality metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reporting and project updates for key stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Data Management, Business Engineering, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Data Governance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex business information.
- Experience with SAP, Excel, Power BI, MDM, ERP, or related systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are considered strong assets.
