Together, we push boundaries, embrace creativity, and develop solutions that make a meaningful impact for customers around the globe. /p h3Senior Electronics Design Engineer /h3 pAs a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will join the RD team responsible for developing the next generation of high‑end HiFi systems for Naim Audio and premium speaker solutions for Focal. You will take ownership of designing and implementing advanced electronic circuits that contribute directly to the performance and sound quality of these products. /p pWorking within a cross‑functional RD environment, you will collaborate closely with Embedded Software Engineers, Mechanical Designers, and Test Engineers across the full product lifecycle—from concept through to production. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop digital electronics including microprocessors, DSP, FPGA, DAC/ADC, Ethernet, and DDR memory. /li liPerform high‑speed digital design and develop linear and switched‑mode power supplies. /li liDesign and simulate analogue circuits, including amplifiers and audio filters. /li liPrototype, test, and validate PCBs and electronic circuits, including bench testing. /li liEnsure compliance with EMC and ESD requirements and conduct pre‑compliance assessments. /li liParticipate in electronics design and architecture reviews, and evaluate design feasibility. /li liSelect components for long‑term reliability, availability, and compliance with standards such as RoHS and REACH. /li liApply Design for Manufacturability and Serviceability (DFM DFS) principles. /li liStay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their applicability. /li liCreate schematics and design PCB layouts, including analogue, power, and interconnection designs. /li liSupport system integration activities. /li liLiaise with suppliers and external partners, including RF design consultants, ODM partners, PCB manufacturers, and test equipment providers. /li liDefine technical specifications and support custom component development and sourcing. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. /li liApproximately 8+ years of experience in designing complex electronic products in a commercial environment. /li liStrong expertise in digital systems (e.g. digital audio, high‑speed design, FPGA or RF technologies). /li liSolid experience in analogue electronics design. /li liHands‑on lab experience, including debugging prototypes and using oscilloscopes and logic analysers. /li liExperience with ECAD tools, preferably Altium. /li liKnowledge of global safety standards and EMC/ESD compliance requirements. /li liFamiliarity with collaborative development tools such as Confluence and Jira. /li liKnowledge of RF technologies (e.g. Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi) and EMC‑sensitive applications is beneficial. /li liExperience in the audio industry, including critical listening during design, is an asset. /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers. /li liStructured, rigorous, and organised approach, with openness to challenges. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li liHoliday allowance. /li liPension and insurance benefits. /li liHealth and wellbeing support. /li liLearning and development opportunities. /li liEmployee discounts and recognition programs. /li liA collaborative and inclusive work environment. /li liModern workplace facilities. /li liFull‑time employment with long‑term career growth opportunities. /li /ul /p
