- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required The Role: As an IT Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and project leadership. You will analyse business needs, design functional solutions, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful delivery from requirements through to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Analyse and propose solution options aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Asset Managers, and Project Managers
- Design end-to-end application solutions and assess impacts across systems
- Coordinate with multiple IT teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Support development, testing, integration, and deployment activities
- Analyse and resolve defects during testing phases
- Provide post-production support and incident analysis
- Maintain functional and technical documentation Required
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Functional Analyst
- Strong experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
- Excellent knowledge of analysis methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with complex enterprise IT environments
- Functional and technical understanding of integrated IT systems
- Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory environments
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Languages:
- Fluent English
- Fluent Dutch and/or French Soft
