A multinational defence organisation is expanding the
commercial training portfolio it sells to external customers, and
it needs a coordinator who can hold the whole delivery chain
together: the customer, the instructors, the room, the purchase
order and the record in the system. This is an on-site assignment
in Mons, Belgium. What you will do Act as the single point of
contact between external customers and internal stakeholders —
branches, instructors and academy management — so that each
commercial training iteration runs without friction. Build and
maintain delivery plans for training iterations from customer
requirements and internal delivery policy. Raise and follow through
Purchase Requisitions and the financial paperwork behind them —
receipts, work confirmations, price calculations — for course
iterations, public events and mobile training team deliveries.
Handle the logistics: room bookings, facility access and
supplier-provided services. Work inside the finance and Training
Management System environments, keeping pricing, seat allocation,
requisition references and iteration detail accurate and current.
Consolidate or merge iterations when enrolment falls short, and
resolve operational problems before they reach the classroom.
Maintain the annual course schedule in the E-ITEP platform from
structured TMS downloads, including validation, bulk uploads and
reporting. What you bring Proven experience coordinating complex
schedules and allocating resources, ideally in an academic or
training environment. Hands-on use of enterprise systems — TMS, ERP
or comparable financial tooling — for data entry, record management
and basic financial processing. Strong customer-facing record: you
answer well, you answer fast, and you keep several competing
demands moving at once. Familiarity with E-ITEP or another Learning
Management System, including managing and uploading course and
schedule data. Working knowledge of course control documents,
lesson plans and the documentation that structured training runs
on. Awareness of the Bi-SC Directive 075 framework for education,
training and exercises, or the ability to pick it up quickly. Solid
reporting and data-management skills, including bulk downloads and
uploads. Fluent business English. Why it is worth a conversation It
is a visible role. Customers, instructors and management all come
through you, and the quality of a whole training programme is
measurably better when the coordination is good. You will be
working alongside an international team on a portfolio that is
growing.
