About the Role
We are looking for a Data & Knowledge Manager to join the Facilities team of a leading media organization. You will play a key role in shaping how data, systems, and knowledge are managed across a modern and evolving building environment. With the development of a new, state-of-the-art building based on 3D BIM design , this role offers a unique opportunity to build and optimize data structures, processes, and tools from the ground up. Your Responsibilities Define scope and configure a new Facility Management Information System (FMIS – Planon) in collaboration with the supplier Cover key domains such as: Real estate, space & asset management Maintenance planning Procurement & contract management Facility services & user support Logistics & warehouse management Manage and maintain data across: FMIS system BIM model Building management systems Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance Support users in correct data entry and system usage Lead knowledge management initiatives : Analyze needs and translate processes into workflows Develop and deliver training programs Manage documentation and information flows Support change management and process improvements

Your Profile
Must-Have Minimum 3 years' experience as a functional application manager Experience in facility/building management Strong experience in: Application evaluation and optimization Change management and organizational transformation Experience with relational databases and standard IT tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Nice to Have Experience with FMIS systems (e.g. Planon) Knowledge of BIM models Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit Experience with application lifecycle management Experience leading improvement or migration projects Dutch proficiency at CEFR level C2 What's in It for You Be part of a future-oriented facilities transformation project Work on a modern building environment with advanced digital systems Opportunity to shape data strategy and knowledge management from scratch Collaborative, innovative, and people-driven environment Flexible hybrid working model Additional Information Freelance contract via intermediary Full-time engagement Long-term assignment with possible extensions Hybrid work setup
