At IKOS, we are supporting the future of sustainable mobility and energy through ambitious engineering projects across Europe. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for an HR Officer to join our Brussels office and help shape the employee journey from day one.

💼 Your role

• Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Support payroll administration and HR processes

• Advise employees and managers on HR-related topics

• Coordinate onboarding activities and team events

• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvements

🎯 What we're looking for

• First experience, studies, or internship in Human Resources

• Completed Masters degree

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset

• Fluency in English, French and Dutch
