To support the continued growth of its Employment Law practice, the firm is looking for an Associate eager to combine high-quality advisory work with contentious matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities

• Advise employers on a broad range of individual and collective employment law issues.
• Assist clients in employment disputes and proceedings before labour courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal opinions, employment documentation and procedural submissions.
• Support clients with strategic HR and workforce-related matters.
• Participate in the development of long-term client relationships.

Let's talk About you

• Belgian-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Solid background in Employment Law.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Pragmatic and business-minded approach to legal matters.
• Professional proficiency in French, with English and/or Dutch considered a strong asset.
