The successful candidate will integrate into an existing team focused on developing a Python application in Django to support operational needs. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and coordination of the technical team, working closely with the project manager to determine the technical implementation of business objectives and guiding the team through complex technical challenges. /p h3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 ul liProvide technical leadership within the team, determining the technological direction and supporting developers through coaching, mentoring, and code reviews. /li liDesign complex systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance. /li liDevelop modern web applications in React, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and user experience. /li liUtilize deep knowledge of Python and extensive experience with Django to develop robust, secure, and scalable application back-ends. /li liDemonstrate experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD processes, ensuring reliable software delivery. /li liDevelop data-driven applications and integrations, focusing on data quality, integrity, and reliability within complex data landscapes. /li liIdentify, structure, and solve complex technical challenges using excellent analytical and conceptual skills. /li liPromote a culture of technical excellence by applying coding standards, testing strategies, security principles, and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Profile

Requirements:
