ph3Mission Overview: /h3 pThe IT Functional Analyst consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions, with the consultant working on-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while engaging in dynamic projects across diverse client environments. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liIdentify business problems and requirements, mapping out solutions for integration into enterprise production environments. /li liInvestigate costs and benefits, design detailed solutions, define data and supported processes. /li liPreparation phase: accompany business analysts and clients in solution reflection, propose alternatives aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy, ensure adoption of enterprise rules and standards, collaborate with architects, project managers, asset managers, and product owners, coordinate asset teams, and ensure unified understanding of client needs. /li liElaboration phase: translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, align with assets on functional responsibilities, design application solutions, detail impacts on application components, specify requirements with technical teams. /li liConstruction phase: follow up on development and testing, ensure coherence between specifications and solutions, provide technical definitions, support suppliers during development and integration testing, analyze defects, support release and deployment teams. /li liPost-production: provide ad hoc support to operational entities and helpdesks, analyze production incidents, coordinate solutions, maintain documentation. /li liWork in an agile context, combining preparation, elaboration, and construction in sprints. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of relevant experience. /li liFunctional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems (mandatory). /li liBusiness experience in KYC and analysis methodology according to enterprise standards (mandatory). /li liPractical experience with Scrum (preferable). /li liBachelor's degree. /li liSound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French). /li liRigor, methodical approach, analytical skills, accuracy, adaptability, communication, and teamwork. /li liAgile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, continuous improvement, cross-functional contribution. /li liExpectation: 50% on site 50% homeworking. /li /ul h3Keystone Solutions Advantages: /h3 ul liConsultancy Nature: You will work on-site as a Keystone Solutions consultant, bringing our values to every engagement. /li liDynamic Projects: Experience a variety of challenges across different client environments, broadening your expertise. /li liTurbo-Charged Learning: Benefit from continuous professional development and learning opportunities. /li liSkyrocketing Ambition: Grow your career within a framework that values ambition and achievement. /li liValues: Being a "K-Stone" means embodying our core values in every mission. /li /ul /p
