We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for our an client to lead the integrated delivery of several key technology workstreams, including Kafka, OpenShift, Keycloak and DevSecOps.

Key responsibilities Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and ensure effective management of their interdependencies.
Establish and maintain delivery plans covering activities, workshops, decisions, milestones and deliverables for each sprint.
Monitor project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and team capacity.
Coordinate architects, engineers, technical teams and Bank stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Bank, Deloitte and internal technical teams.
Ensure alignment between technical workstreams, project objectives and overall programme priorities.
Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards and delivery documentation.
Prepare and coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, status updates, decisions and action tracking.
Identify potential delivery issues and proactively implement mitigation or escalation plans.
Ensure that key decisions, dependencies and actions are properly documented and followed up.
Support the overall governance and delivery framework of the transformation programme.
Required experience & skills Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager or similar role.
Fluent in English and French Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams within complex IT transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, platforms and/or cloud technologies.
Experience working with or around technologies such as Kafka, OpenShift, Keycloak and DevSecOps is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based delivery. xirbnpk
Ability to operate in a complex multi-stakeholder environment involving internal teams and external partners.
