We are looking for an Emerging Markets Financial Analyst to join our EMEA Electrophysiology team. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner, supporting commercial and leadership teams across Emerging Markets with data-driven insights and financial expertise.
You will play a key role in analyzing business performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial excellence across the region. Working in a highly matrixed, international environment, you will collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and regional leadership teams to enable sustainable growth.
The position is based in the EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem, Belgium.
What You’ll DoAct as a trusted financial business partner to commercial and regional leadership teamsDeliver financial analysis to support strategic decisions, including sales performance, margins, costs, and cash flowWork with large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insightsSupport forecasting, planning, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistencyPartner with General Managers, Regional, and Marketing teams to drive profitable growth and market expansionProactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive value-creation initiativesTake ownership of key financial processes such as bonus calculations, rebates, and accrualsDevelop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-makingCollaborate across functions within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and impactEnsure full compliance with internal policies and external financial regulationsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar analytical or financial role within an international environmentStrong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and working with tools such as Excel and data systems (e.g., Hyperion, Dodeca)Understanding of financial planning and analysis and business partnering principlesStrong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-driven approachAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a matrix organizationFluent in EnglishWhat
