Supervisor ICT Projectleiding We are looking for a Senior ICT Project Management Supervisor to coordinate operational ICT processes, projects, planning, and team activities within a complex technical environment. You will act as the central point of coordination between IT teams and stakeholders, ensuring efficient project delivery, process optimization, and operational continuity. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise ICT operations, projects, and change requests Lead, coach, and support internal and external ICT team members Manage operational planning, priorities, budgets, and reporting Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and process efficiency Coordinate lifecycle management and ensure compliance with procedures and standards Analyze operational issues and support solution implementation Prepare and review documentation, instructions, and administrative reports Support audits and inspections as process owner Initiate and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives Align ICT projects with broader PMO and organizational objectives Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar ICT coordination or project management role Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Experience with project and process management Knowledge of quality control and risk analysis Strong administrative and reporting capabilities Good understanding of operational ICT environments and workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively Experience with audits, governance, or compliance processes is a plus Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Mature and solution-oriented mindset Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach Ability to maintain overview and set priorities under pressure Languages Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency French: Nice to have Location On-site role based in Dessel Occasional meetings in Brussels No remote work available
