Lead a Landmark 19,000 m2 Development in Brussels
Ready to take ownership of a project that will leave a lasting mark on Brussels?
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager– Electrical to drive the successful execution of all electrical works for a prestigious 19,000 m2 mixed-use development , combining hotel, residential, office and commercial facilities.
This is a unique opportunity to join a technically challenging project, work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, and play a key role in transforming design concepts into reality.

Brussels, Belgium
High-profile mixed-use development
19,000 m2 construction & renovation project
Approx. 20-month duration
Freelance or temporary employment (with a strong possibility of extension based on future project opportunities)
Your Impact
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be at the heart of project delivery.
You will:
Lead and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site
Manage subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor quality, progress, safety, and compliance
Ensure full compliance with Belgian RGIE / AREI standards
Coordinate with HVAC, sanitary, structural, and architectural teams
Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover
Solve technical challenges and keep the project moving forward
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience supervising electrical works within building construction or MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI regulations
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent French and English
- Dutch is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of Belgian site safety requirements (VCA-VOL is a plus)
