Leap — we are waiting for you /p h3What You Will Do (Responsibilities): /h3 ul liAnalyse business and customer needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is clean, accurate, and accessible. /li liIdentify patterns and trends in large datasets to uncover actionable insights. /li liDesign and develop data models to improve decision-making processes. /li liBuild, train, and deploy machine learning models in production environments. /li liMonitor model performance and continuously optimise and improve results. /li liImplement and deploy data tools for advanced data analysis. /li liWork closely with developers to integrate machine learning solutions into products and services. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For (Requirements): /h3 ul liMinimum of 8 years of professional experience after completing higher education. /li liAt least 4 years of studies attested by a relevant diploma. /li liStrong experience with programming languages such as Python or R. /li liHands-on expertise with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). /li liExperience working with Big Data frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, or Splunk. /li liKnowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, CNTK, RAG techniques). /li liProven ability to deploy machine learning models in production environments. /li liStrong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams. /li /ul h3What
