NET engineer /b, you will guide the architecture and technical direction of our backend systems while coaching and supporting our engineers. /p h3What do you do? /h3 ul liTake ownership of backend architecture, technical choices, and system performance. /li liCollaborate with Product, Customer Success, and fellow engineers to design, build, test, and deploy. /li liCoach and mentor backend engineers, raising the team’s technical standards. /li liEnsure that our code is clean, maintainable, and well-documented. /li liDrive integration projects with external systems for authentication, authorization, and content distribution. /li /ul h3How do you make a difference? /h3 ul liYou enjoy problem-solving and know how to decompose a problem to solve it in a structured way. /li liYou raise the bar and strive for excellence in all your initiatives. /li liYou have a strong work ethic and a real "can do" attitude; you like to get things done. /li liYou have a growth mindset. NET/C#. /li liExperience with cloud platforms and relational databases. /li liFamiliarity with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices. /li liProven ability to work on large, complex systems with high uptime requirements. /li liExperience with secure coding practices (OWASP), design patterns, and unit testing. /li /ul
