Your jobAs a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you bring deep functional and technical knowledge across one or more Salesforce clouds. You guide clients through design and implementation phases, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. You are the go-to person when the team needs expertise and judgment.
You will:Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutionsArchitect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materialsMentor junior consultants and support their growth within the teamContribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writingStay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practicesSupport internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activitiesYour DNAYou are deeply curious about the Salesforce ecosystem and how it can transform businessesYou take ownership of your work and consistently deliver high-quality outputsYou communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiencesYou enjoy coaching others and sharing knowledge generouslyYou are adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project environmentsYour backgroundMaster's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformationProven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementationsActive Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)Experience working in Agile project environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in French or Dutch and EnglishAbility to travel occasionally to client sitesWhat
