You will drive high-impact GenAI solutions from concept to production while helping in shaping the strategy for our Emerging domain and coaching the team. /p h3YOUR IMPACT /h3 h3Successfully deliver projects with your team (70 %) /h3 ul liDrive and deliver: Lead complex projects as a technical lead or project manager. /li liAccount management: Foster a high customer satisfaction, nurture business opportunities and build strong client relationships. /li liBusiness Impact: Create tangible value for clients and dare to challenge their assumptions to ensure optimal solutions. /li /ul h3People Performance Management (20%) /h3 ul liCoaching Mentorship: Coach team members in their project work and long-term personal growth. /li liWays of working: Establish best practices for the way-of-working within your team, planning, execution and collaboration. /li /ul h3Strategic Contribution (10%) /h3 ul liDomain growth: Explore new opportunities and industries to tackle. /li liThought leadership: Build and share knowledge and skills linked to the GenAI domain (example use case). /li liML6 strategy: Actively contribute to overall ML6 strategy. /li liAmbassadorship: Act as a true ambassador for ML6 inside and outside the company. /li /ul h3WHY YOU /h3 ul liExperience: 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade AI or Software projects (as an engineer or project manager). /li liPeople Management: Proven track record in coaching, team development, and performance management. /li liBusiness Acumen: Deep understanding of customer technology footprints, competitive landscapes, and strategic growth drivers. /li liCommunication: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a strong asset. /li liEducation: Master's degree or equivalent practical experience. /li liLocation: Based in Europe and able to work regularly from our Ghent office in a hybrid setup.
