As an Import/Export Officer - Customs Clerk (M/F/X), you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international regulations and supporting the smooth flow of business operations:Manage and monitor administrative files in accordance with internal procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
Contribute to the monitoring and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Maintain and update the documentation required for the effective functioning of the department.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide guidance and support to teams regarding applicable procedures.
Participate in audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the quality, compliance, and overall performance of the organization.
ProfielWhat is the profile of the Import/Export Officer
- Customs Clerk (M/F/X) we are looking for?Higher education degree in a field related to the position.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Belgian and European regulations related to customs procedures and documentation.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Comfortable working with IT tools and software.
