You tackle complex technical challenges and proactively test and challenge functional analyses. You will serve as the technical authority for projects requiring the expertise of a team of approximately 20 developers. /p h3bWhat your
key responsibilities
will be /b /h3 h3bQuality Optimization /b /h3 pEnhance the rigor of technical analyses and the excellence of technical solutions delivered to clients. /p h3bTalent Development /b /h3 pDrive the upskilling and ensure the coaching of the Odoo development team. /p h3bTechnical Expertise Validation /b /h3 pDesign complex technical solutions while testing and challenging functional analyses. /p h3bCross-project Technical Lead /b /h3 pServe as the primary technical reference point for projects involving a team of approximately 20 developers. /p h3bThe ideal profile for our Idealis team /b /h3 h3bMust have /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, etc.). /li liAt least 7 years of proven experience with Odoo. /li liAbility to test and challenge existing solutions. /li liStrong focus on quality, adaptability, and a proven ability for self-learning. /li liFluent in Franch and English /li /ul h3bNice to have /b /h3 ul liKnowledge of Dutch is a significant asset. /li /ul p. /p h3bDiscover the daily lives of our experts /b /h3 pNothing beats the shared experiences of those who bring our projects to life every day.
