ppWe are looking for a (GEN) AI and Machine Learning Engineer to help our clients in their digital transformations. /ppKey tasks activities /pulliUse ML and Generative AI tools and other technologies to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. /liliDefine and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, with a focus on generative models and LLM. /liliDrive successful business outcomes for educating, training, designing and building cloud hosted Generative AI solutions /liliInteract with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of their ML ecosystem /liliEducate customers on the value proposition of GenAI and showcase the art of possible. /liliParticipate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create solutions while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud. /liliStay at the forefront of AI technological advancements, especially in Generative AI and LLM, and assess their applicability to our business needs. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI/ML data engineers, and functional SMEs, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of AI solutions with business objectives. /liliinfluence the technical viability of the architecture of AI projects, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration. /liliDevelop Solutions to ensure robust and secure data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model training and deployment. /liliLead the evaluation of new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, advocating for the adoption of technologies that align with our strategic goals. /li /ulpKnowledge experience /pulliExperience in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize and transform various aspects of our business operations. /liliMinimum of 4 years of experience in designing and building AI solutions, with a strong focus on end-to-end automation. /liliProven expertise in machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks, image processing and AI-related technologies including Generative AI. /liliExperience with one of the cloud platforms, preferably Azure /liliExperience with Python or PySpark. /liliExperience in using Data Science Platforms /liliExperience using the latest Data Science platforms (e.g. Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker ) and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn ) /liliGood understanding of software architecture patterns application development. /liliFamiliarity with DevOps,DataOps,MLOps, LLMOps principles including code repository, code management, CI/CD and AI-related automation. /liliStrong communication skills for both presenting work to clients, disseminating complex information in an easy-to-understand form on a day-to-day basis, and managing stakeholders. /liliNative speaker in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English. /li /ulpGetTheFutureYouWant /ppAt Capgemini, we believe in diversity, equal opportunities, and a workplace where everyone feels valued.
