Help us build the digital backbone of a growing Belgian success story Working closely with our IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, you'll develop, improve and connect the digital tools that power our business. From Odoo to automation, AI and our in-house ERP, you'll play a key role in helping our teams work smarter, make better decisions and support the company's continued growth. Develop and improve Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.

What you'll do
Develop integrations between Odoo, our ERP, and other business applications. Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes. Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and productivity. Contribute to the evolution of our in-house ERP. Train and support users in adopting new tools and processes. Support our different points of sale with all IT-related queries. What we are looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and relational databases. Experience with Odoo development and business processes. Interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. C# is a plus. Fluent in French; Dutch is a strongasset. Flexibility: as part of a business-critical support function, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
