Your Mission
You’ll join a collaborative software engineering environment responsible for developing and continuously improving business-critical applications on IBM i.
Your expertise in IBM i and ARCAD will be key in delivering reliable solutions, improving development processes and supporting the evolution of the application landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance IBM i / AS400 applications
- Work with ARCAD for development, application lifecycle and related activities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Contribute to application modernisation and process optimisation
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and IT teams
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and knowledge-sharing activities
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
- Provide support, guidance and knowledge transfer to colleagues and users
- Explore and leverage AI-based tools to improve development quality and efficiency
Your Profile
- Solid experience with IBM i / AS400 development
- Hands-on experience with ARCAD is highly valued
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of business-critical application environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently while contributing actively to the team

Practical Expectations
- 100% on-site attendance is the standard
- Participation in a mandatory on-call / standby rotation
