We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to join our team at SII Group Belgium. You would join teams supporting clients in critical and highly regulated sectors on their cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients in understanding, interpreting and implementing the requirements of the NIS2 directive
  • Assessing and tracking compliance using frameworks such as CyFun, ISO 27001 and NIST
  • Producing and maintaining cyber governance documentation (policies, procedures, standards, BCP/DRP)
  • Analyzing cybersecurity, business continuity and organizational risks in critical, highly regulated environments
  • Contributing to the detection, qualification and response to security incidents, leveraging SIEM and intrusion detection tools
  • Supporting infrastructure hardening (Windows/Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID) and the implementation of a Zero Trust architecture
  • Strengthening access governance (IAM/PAM) based on the least privilege principle
  • Collaborating closely with IT, security, risk and business teams
  • Raising awareness and training employees on NIS2 and cybersecurity best practices
  • Participating in crisis management and coordinating corrective actions following incidents


Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management and incident response, ideally in a critical, highly regulated environment
  • Good knowledge of cyber governance concepts and related frameworks
  • Solid IT culture and understanding of technical environments
  • Experience in project management and process improvement, with an interest in automation applied to security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a complex, regulated environment
  • Fluent in French and English
