JOB DESCRIPTION

In the context of future changes and innovations in the energy market, Client manages a project portfolio that needs to be supported in terms of content and project.
As a Market Coordination department, we supervise the various projects and take on a central expertise role for their interfaces with market forces and data management. We follow adjustments to the legal framework, support the business transformation and form the bridge with various internal and external stakeholders.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a business analyst.

ROLE:

You will have a role as a Business Analyst within one or more projects in which Market Coordination participates
You will monitor the substantive dependencies with other projects. You will work closely with the other Business Analysts
You will facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, internal/external experts using best-practice processes and help in change acceptance.
You will contribute to the projects by providing expertise, substantive support to the project leaders, peer review of deliverables, etc.
You take care of documenting, following up on the working groups and discussions: decisions, proposals, ... by means of insightful documentation
You maintain an overview of the topics under analysis and take into account changing priorities. You communicate about this in a transparent way to the team and to your stakeholders.
You develop overarching communication and training materials
You prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups
You thoroughly analyze new initiatives or change requests that are submitted. xlxgzvr You take into account both a market perspective and a client perspective.
You will prepare E2E test scenarios and provide support in their implementation
You will support migration & transition activities

Skills

Demonstrable experience as a (business/functional) analyst
Proven experience as a business analyst
Demonstrable experience within change mgt (education, training,..)
Proven experience within the energy sector
Demonstrable experience within MIG4/MIG6
Demonstrable experience within quality mgt (testing,...)
Proven experience with business process development and optimization (BPM)
The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that they have the necessary communication skills
During an interview, the candidate can demonstrate that he or she has the necessary knowledge of the DM Measure processes
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
